Steam 30 day subscription not applying to account

I purchased 30 days of game time on Steam, and it isn't applying to my SWTOR account. My Steam and EA accounts are linked. My SWTOR display name is feyspeaker My Steam username is unsettledpanda ...

I've sent emails to support with screenshots of steam account and purchase history of swtor but haven't gotten a reply. Help would be appreciated !
