all cartel purchases enter the game, only the subscription that is not, is active, I have already opened a ticket on the Steam platform, and they indicate me to contact the game's support to solve it

It is also likely given the coins work but the subscriptions didnt that your account is disabled, so they will likely ask you to call to resolve the account issue before they can add the gametime
