steam subs

i buy it 30 days sub from steam but not shown on my swtor account. Already call and sent email to support email but not response. my account name: weax Please fix it. thanks

try using an email like gmail and ensure the attachments are not larger then 2mb each

be sure to include the swtor username

@proxos666 i did, but still no awnser. is there a way to open a ticket online and attach the prints?
