Steam subscription does not work
Hey,
I bought a subscription for 60 days from steam but after 1 month it still does not work.
After emailing [edit: email address removed] 2 times with my issue I still didn't get any help. And that was 3 weeks ago.
I contacted EA support but they do not offer any advise or help. My experience with EA support was really bad. After asking 5 times the same information by 5 different support emoloyees I got the message to contact SWTOR support.... I start to get really frustrated and it just makes my want to quit SWTOR all together. A game I have spend hours and hours on since 2014.
I'm really lost on how this issue can be solved.

When a swtor account is disabled, no gametime can be added to that swtor account until resolved, not even by swtor support
if you have emailed screenshtos in per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message response time should be within 48 - 72 hrs, if no response likely they dont have the email
