Bought steam subscription and didnt get itI can see my steam account is linked but still i didnt get any subscription. I sent email to suppoort with screenshots but no reply still

@typ555 It's been forwarded over to them to see what the status is. It may not be till Monday for a response but will get you one ASAP.

@typ555 Your email is there , before the game tiem can be added the below needs to be sorted You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona chrel81 (not typ555) that EA account uses a yahoo email use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

@typ555 The account should be good now, as they cant add the game time otherwise, it will be a couple of days i think before an agent gets to that email in the queue.

@proxos666 Getting really worried here.. Didnt hear anything from them and still there is no subscription added. Does you know what more steps i could take?

@proxos666 Ok ill wait until tomorrow. i got worried cuse i waited 48h when u said 2 days. the time difference mess things up too i guess.. I really hope it will be good by tomorrow
