support have your email with the steam screenshots but cant add the gametime due to an account issue
you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can help fix the account issue with you
@proxos666Just called UK support, listened to some music and then about 5 minutes of complete silence. Are numbers listed in this table (https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/Getting-help-with-SW-TOR-from-another-country...) still working? Specifically the Russian number. If I'm to call a support, might as well call the local one

Glad to hear you are sorted nowand Yes that article is very very misleading , your not calling "local", it will point you to the UK number for almost every country listed , it just wont tell you that no matter what your country is, that it is not available 24/7 and only available certain hours like in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message
