Steam subscription not registering

I recently purchased the subscription through Steam as I got an error pop up when I tried to buy it through the website but when I launch the game it doesn’t register my subscription.

support can see the linked account is active now, and they have your email in the queue for an agent to add the gametime, just need to wait for their reply email now
