Steam subscription not showing in Game

as per title i'm still not a subscriber even though i paid for it..
i sent an email with screenshots and everything.. still no change

I even called them... spent 20 mins on the phone..
said it would be fixed in a few hours.. it's been 12 hours now.. nothing
should be sorted shortly
