Done, But how long does it usually take (should I go to bed or wait?)
I can confirm if the email is there in about 3 hrs when they are online for the day (presume email was sent from the email on the swtor account)
from there likely be 24hrs before they get to the email in the queue
Support confirmed your ticket is in the queue for an agent
