I can confirm if the email is there in about 3 hrs when they are online for the day (presume email was sent from the email on the swtor account)
from there likely be 24hrs before they get to the email in the queue
Support confirmed your ticket is in the queue for an agent

Only problem is they told since i snipped the needed information they couldn't do anything about it. I had to send them the full screen page (never mind that has some of my CC number on it and previous steam purchases)
I don't get why this is necessary? I got the cartel coins for the subscription two days ago? That means they have a record of my transaction. Why do I, as a customer, have to give personal information in order to get what i paid for? Why does EA need to see my purchase history?

I flagged to check if everything is on track for you with support
The reason behind needing proof of purchase is that steam will not share payment details with swtor , given you have paid steam , swtor do not have any other record of what has been purchased, hence a payment on swtor.com does not require this.
So to limit fraud and confirm the purchase , support are required to gather certain details and record it against your account before able to add the correct subscription to your account
