Steam subscription problem

Yesterday I bought a 30 days subscription on steam and I dont have it in game. I already sent mail to swtor support and received information that my EA account is "dormant". I don't know what to do w...

    @Zek39 

    The only available option is to call swtor support when the lines open on monday, and put a new email on that EA account

    EA support cant see that account as it have been data wiped, swtor can see it as it is linked to your swtor account 

    once that EA account is restored they can add the gametime from the steam purchase

Unfortunately, I dont have access to that e-mail (account is deleted) so Is there another option than calling the support?
