So I bought a subscription through Steam and it does not activate it in the game. I spend the whole day researching how to fix this issue - when I call the phone it says there are no advisors availab...

I've sent the screenshots to an email steam support assured me is SWTOR's support now but I can't imagine I'll be getting a reply any time soon. I'll try ringing them up when the lines eventually open. Do you think the subscription time is running currently, while I am unable to access it?

once you have those , email them into support@swtor.com along with the email that stated you accepted the gift

you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue on your account
