emergency travel to fleet or legacy travel to your ship ? then go back maybe

Fleet pass didn't work for me. My issue is similar in that the "defeat all imperials" part at the end is glitched and doesn't realize I already defeated them. I do not have the option to abandon nor can I reset. Tried emergency fleet pass, and went back, and it still thinks I'm in the story phase. 😞
