Stuck in “The Lost Arsenal” - Phase won’t reset after droid
Hello,
My character (Triegdaad, level 80 Sith Sorcerer) is stuck on the mission "The Lost Arsenal" on Iokath.
After completing the droid section, my character did not return to his body as expected. I had to manually travel to another planet and then back to Iokath in order to restore my character model.
However, now I cannot progress in the mission – the instance area is closed, and I can’t access the factory. Resetting or abandoning the mission doesn’t fix the problem.
Please help me by resetting the phase or advancing me past this broken point.

Support informed me that they found your character at the republic tram, so they moved your character to infront of the imperial tram and confirmed travel was available
