Stuck in “The Lost Arsenal” - Phase won’t reset after droid

Hello, My character (Triegdaad, level 80 Sith Sorcerer) is stuck on the mission "The Lost Arsenal" on Iokath. After completing the droid section, my character did not return to his body as expected...

    Support informed me that they found your character at the republic tram, so they moved your character to infront of the imperial tram and confirmed travel was available

as the character is imperial, you will need to use the tram of your faction, you cant access republic trams , the char is now in front of it for you

Thanks, but the issue isn’t with the faction. I’m at the correct tram, but the buttons are greyed out and can’t be clicked. I’ve reset the phase, abandoned the mission, left Iokath, and nothing fixes it.
