Sub time incorrectly removed

Hi, so my sub was originally going to automatically resub on 11/20. However, the account I use for subscriptions was sitting in the negatives so I canceled it on 11/20 before they charged for the sub, and waited until I could deposit money on 11/22 and resub manually.
However, when 11/22 came around I checked my account and noticed that somehow the sub renewal still went through (it was $15 more into the negative than it was before) but my sub was inactive so I had effectively been charged $15 for no reason. I filed a claim with my bank to get that money back, waited a day to see if it had gone through, and then resubbed manually on 11/23 when I got the refund.
But today (11/24) I got an email from EA saying that because of my chargeback, they canceled any remaining sub-time, which would've been fine, if not for the fact that they didn't refund the $15 that I spent on 11/23 so now I am back at square one having lost $15 and not having a sub.
