That is the only way to recover the account, if you provide the swtor displayname , can arrange for the account to be locked so no one has access to it until ownership is proven

This is the only thing I remember. Unfortunately, I’m from Ukraine — we don’t have the possibility to call your support lines. I don’t speak English and I'm using a translator.
So go ahead and lock the account, since I can’t get it back anyway. I won’t be calling, so I guess I won’t be playing your games anymore.
Terrible recovery system — you could at least verify it by location, for crying out loud.
Account has now been locked, to get the account unlocked will require phoning, someone can talk on your behalf if needed
support also mentioned their is no suspicious activity on the account that they can see
