Subscribed but system says I am Free-To-Play

Question

My Account PillarAurus has subscribed and shows 29 of subscription remaining.&nbsp; However, The my account page doesn't show me as subscribed and when I login it says I am Free-to-Play.&nbsp; I have closed the program multiple times and reset my system.&nbsp; No effect.

Have flagged with swtor support , will have a&nbsp; response back in about 12 hrs when they come online for the day

When I go to the SWTOR location for this it just stays in a loop.
