Subscribed since Preorder. No Gap in payment. Now only showing "Preferred."

Have been a Subscriber to SWTOR since Preorder. Have never had a gap in my subscription; now when I log in, not only do I show as "Preferred" instead of "Subscribed," but I have lost Guildmaster rank...
