I am aware that 1050CC reward will be given to Subscribers on the 18th of February if we opt to receive email from SWTOR before 14th February. I opted the option before 14th February and i have yet to receive the reward. Its was suppose to be on the 18th and now it 21st and i have not receive anything yet.🤨😬

I'm just like your husband, I've always been opt'd in since account creation back in 2011. All we can do at this point is wait for any updates they will provide sometime tomorrow.

the mails where delayed however I can say mine arrived about 28 hours ago

if it doesn't arrive only thing I can suggest is submit a ingame ticket

I will try in-game ticket but they are rarely looked into.

@Omari565 also check your spam or email for an email from them that has the subject line:

Chapter 10 and Firebrand are here - Play Now!

That was the subject line of the email that contained the code in case it was accidentally deleted.

It's been really weird with those emails. I didn't opt in until this promotion, and received my CC just fine. My husband has been opted in since he created his account, and has yet to receive his CC, nothing in any folder on that email account, nothing has been deleted since about the 17th but spam, and that was triple checked before deletion. I wonder if the common denominator is when you opted in?

I've been opted in since launch and I received my email. I've never even changed it si CE I've always received emails from them. Its probably a delay for every one else that should get it so i'd monitor the main thread on Swtor.com clean update. That will probably be posted tomorrow sometime.

Same still haven't received mine and yes I do have it set up right it is just they haven't sent them ..

They have sent them, some people have got them, and some people haven't. I got mine and my husband did not, and the only difference between us is he was already opted in, and I had to opt in. But they have assuredly sent them out.
