Subscribtion Problem

Hello, recently picked the game backup and wanted to subscribe/ add some Cartel Coins to my account. So my Problem is i can't buy any cartel coins or subscribe to swtor, it neither works with Credi...

    @IL2freak 

    To fix the account you need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona abcinb5nmifw5 (not IL2freak your posting on now) that EA account uses the same schmid-ninghetto email as on your swtor account 

    use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    Support also said there was also payment issue on the account so after changing password if you plans to make purchase on swtor.com, should wait at least 24 hours

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    Support also have your email but need the above done before able to add gametime , it is 11:40pm so i am good for the day now but will check status tomorrow

swtor username ? can check what the account issue is

also you will need to email the code into support@swtor.com from email attached your swtor account

My Swtor Username is NicolasSchmid, ty for the quick reply will send you the code asap to the email.

      Thanks, for the help.

      changed the Password and will wait, hopefully that fixes it.

      I have the same issue, swtor username is karilafoo, but my EA account and my SWTOR email are the same, so I'm not sure what the issue is ☹️

        You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona fabulousbudgie (not Vilifyexile your posting on now) that EA account uses a Yahoo email  (swtor got a different email)

        use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

        for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
