I sent an email to swtor support mail from the mail associated with my account, but did not receive a response for several days. Yesterday I sent a message with my gmail address (Edit- email address removed). How can I find out if my message has arrived? My swtor account is GreyGoldDedData just in case. how long does it take to respond? Ty and sorry for my bad english.
if the email arrives at support , response time is 48 hrs at present
it will be monday before i can help from here but can flag for monday
