Hi! So I started playing SWTOR now again because well by Uni work finished up and all this quarantine stuff and I did lose access to my SWTOR authenticator (since I got a new phone on Christmas) but using the backup codes I managed to change the authenticatior to my new phone. Then I went in to try and buy a subscription and was greeted with this message: "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details!
I have checked every where and it seems that I have been blocked from buying a subscription (maybe because I changed my login authenticatior?). I have tried to get in contact with SWTOR support buy it does with the quarantine I believe they have closed most channels. So this is my last resort, posting here in hopes that a dev sees it!
Can you provide the swtor username, it isnt the one linked to this EA account

Those with purchasing issues like the high traffic maintenance page, one thing you can try is reset the password on the linked EA Origin account (not the swtor account).
That is one common issue that arises so this is one thing that can be easily tried without contacting EA support
