Subscription Issues - 2020 (non steam)

Username is TehPiggehPen. I have been having this issue since Tuesday April 21st. Logged in to level up some characters for double XP, only to find out my subscription status was changed to preferred. Thought it was odd considering I have a recurring subscription so I went to see my funds in my bank account and saw I didn't have enough money (I'm only 20 don't laugh xd). So I waited till Friday for payday and tried resubbing, did the 30 day recurring billing and sent me to this page saying "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic." So I gave up and tried a few days later to give them some time. Still didn't work, so I tried the 90 day recurring, it ended up working and was able to play with a subscription again. It wasn't until today a few minutes ago that I logged in to the same message saying my subscription status was changed back to preferred, and now all of the subscription options are giving me the error message. I just paid $40 for a subscription that got taken away from me 2 days later and I don't even know if I'm still being billed, is there something I can do about this? Please help!!!

My SWTOR user name is Naddyyy, my EA user name is Teraktinus and I bought a 60 day subscription 2020/04/26 12:41 AM. Still preferred status. Sent an email to support with no response. Checked my credit card to make sure the payment went through. Everything is good on my end. 

Hello, my username is Deverell. I purchased a recurring 30-day subscription a few weeks ago, and a couple of days ago it began to display me as Preferred Status rather than Subscriber. When I attempted to check my information on the site, it informed me that Billing Information was under maintenance. I'm mainly curious about what's going on and what I could do to fix this issue.

You will need to reset the password on the Origin /EA account ezarkiel once that is done purchasing will be good on the swtor account

Can you double check the username used to subscribe via www.swtor.com ?

CS cannot see any purchases since the start of the month on the TehPiggehPen account

CS have said your account is fixed , if your logged in presently will need to log out and back in

What if I don't have access to the email that account was connected to anymore?
