Subscription Issues - 2020 (non steam)

Hi I may need some help with a problem,I purchased game time today. the money went off my bank but at the end screen on the swtor website an error popped up and I didnt get my game time, since I am not a sub now I cant make a ticket in game. any help you can anyone here can give me?

I'm still having the same issue, SWTOR CS has yet to reply to me.

Also having the same problem most are having, getting a message when I tried to subscribe that it's down for maintenance.  I have previously tried to subscribe a couple of years back and that also failed, the money was taken but no subscription upgrade.  I maybe a little different as I have never subscribed, I made the account in the beta days and just played for free when I came back a few years ago.

I am having subscription issues too. My username is Exyborg. I've been subbed for over 10 months without an issue, and on the 1st of May, I logged into the game to find I was bumped down to preferred status. My credit card is on file on the website, but the website gives an error message [0] when I try to purchase a subscription with my card again. I've sent 2 emails to EA with no response, and I cannot create a ticket in-game to address the issue. This has been unbelievably frustrating, and I'm so upset that all I have worked for through the years is now inaccessible. Could you please assist me with this issue?

I did a one time sub and it said my account couldn't do the purchase try later so I did. And it charged me twice for the non reaccuring sub but never subbed me any ideas? My user is The_RavensShadow

My username is LightruLark and i also have problems with subscribing and buying cartel coins. At first i failed to subscribe but i found out i didn't have the 1 extra EURO for tax. it took 5 euros from my prepaid card because of that. After that i tried to buy 240 cartel coins and 400 but that also failed. i have also tried everything from changing browser, language, mobile and ingame.

I received this error trying to buy game time, specifically 60 days' worth. Instead of receiving the subscription, it charged my account 3 times worth the initial amount wanted and my account didn't receive subscription status. I wanted to spend $30 for two months of game time, and instead, it charged me $90 for NO game time what-so-ever. I have sent multiple emails asking for just an update to the situation, and have gotten no response. Seeing as communication channels are limited, I am reaching out in whatever way I can.
