Problem to get back authentificator 2FA key - Star Wars The Old Republic
Hello,
I'm trying to get back to my old account, but i don't have the authentification code to log into my account anymore.
When i go to Steam support, it's written i have to go on EA assistance, and when i go to EA, it's written i can contact Steam support.
It looks like the QR code is not working, but right below it's also written i can be sent a code, and it's not working either.
Can support show up in this topic, to help me solve that problem ?

If you leave the key blank when trying to login to the account at swtor.com ( not in the launcher )
if the removal email doesnt appear when following the lost key link seen in this link , then you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open and get them to remove the key manually
