This post is for subscription issues , where the website says your subscribed but in-game doesn't

I bought the game in 2012 and played it a fair amount then... I have managed to progress quite well.
Fast-forward 8 years and I am now classed as a free-to-play player and not a subscriber? Is there a different reward system? A one-time reward? Or is it a bit of 'tough ...'?

and for the past few days i have not been able to subscribe, the site says there has been an error processing my request and i dont get the time.
i have been trying the one time 60 days purchase, but it just wont go through.
on this site here it sais i ave got the digital services delivered but i dont actualy have the subscrition time in game.

I bought a 90 day game time card from Amazon and when it put the code on it game an error then when I put the code in again it said "code already in use"
I have the confirmation from Amazon and the activation code but for some reason I don't have my subscription.
Its been over 24 hours and I haven't heard anything about it.
Ok I've had my recurring subscription for months though I have not really been on to often until this week. now the subscription for some reason canceled or didn't go through this last month so I'm trying to get back in. Trying to resubscribe through their site only sends me to this http://www.swtor.com/purchase/item-prcc

I know the game is working and their sites working just fine as I've been able to log into my account. but to subscribe sends me to a Maintenance page for days now.
Tried a different web browser instead of Google Chrome and got it to work... Cromes having a lot of problems lately...

I just resubbed with the 60 day in game time and it went through on my VISA cause I checked but in game and on my SWTOR account site it says I do not have a subscription. I should mention that on the EA account site it says I purchased it as well. Also my SWTOR display name is Opalwing

What is the swtor username as it doesnt appear to be any issue with this ea account ? or have you tried a different web browser just in case ?
You are best to email support@swtor.com and detail this ea account and the swtor account , it appears they are not linked
the purchase listed on this EA account is still open and will likely fail , and doesn't appear to be for opalwing.
by the time they get to your email the purchase hopefully has changed status so they can if need refund that purchase for you and advise what has occured.
