Checked my username, and its correct
Something is odd then , support can see you have logged in game for that username but there are no purchases attempts at all for that username, are you certain money has been taken ?
This is exceeding what can be done over a public forum , it is best if you call swtor support and discuss this with them so they can try and work out what has occurred

Yes, money has been taken, but subscription plan has not been prolonged.

I see my July payment as the last payment, yes. And nothing more.
And I tried to make one more payment and then saw this, again...

Hi,
I also get the maintenance screen when trying to buy a subscription on the swtor site since yesterday.
I reset the EA password
I reset the swtor password
also tried using google chrome in incognito mode
No succes so far

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has a gibberish persona (not alx_152) that EA account uses the same gmail email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (use the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Bought subscription about 2 weeks ago i send message to the support but still no respond from them at all. I did every step you mentioned about screenshots and stuff but nothing changed for me. What seems to be the problem? My swtor ID is mamboz.

Support said the email you sent originally had cropped screesnhots , i gather you got their reply ?
they have no other email from you at this point

Yea i got that info about cropped screenshots but the day after i sent 2 emails with fixed screenshots just like they told me to and still nothing.
