Subscription Issues 2021 (not steam purchases) bought from swtor.com

Support said your sub just ran out , if it didnt renew just repurchase

Three Months Recurring Subscription
Next billing date: 12 Feb 2021 for $ 41.97
Payment method: PayPal () 

Subscription end date: Recurrent

These are the details that are on my account. I still have 16 days of subscription play time remaining. So how come I am Preferred?

I also discovered that I cannot open a Support Ticket ingame.

Can a Gifted subscription cancel out a Recurring one?
