Subscription Issues 2022

Also cannot subscribe, username "curulz"  CC information is correct, but shows i'm not on a subscription plan.  Tried choosing a different option same card, said couldn't process.  Tried choosing an option with a different card, said couldn't process.  Tried deleting the card and readding, wouldn't process.  Dead in the water

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account , (not RDK22222 your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account 

use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I bought my subscription through Steam on 13/05/22 and it is still saying I'm only preferred status. I sent the required screenshots using the gmail account linked to my SWTOR on 14/05/22 but haven't received any help as of yet.  

My SWTOR username is Zelwa.

To fix the account for future purchases,  You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that has the persona pokazelwa , (not Zellwaa your posting on now) that EA account uses a hotmail.com email

use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

When i checked they did not have an email from you , resend using the swtor email firstup and let me know and i can check if that email arrives ok , the above needs to be done before gametime can be added though

The account is ok now for purchasing , however they still cant see an email for some reason 

if your in a position too , give swtor support a call and ask too upload the screenshots to a case whilst on the phone due to the email not arriving

All the sudden cant resub. Account active since Day 1 of game release in 2011. Was even able too sub last year so idk what the problem is. Username is Tybohn. I reset my EA password and stuff and still no go
