Subscription issues

I have purchased the one time purchase premium game time. The transaction went through but the premium hasn't activated. My account is still marked as preffered. How can i get this to work?

    @eltiral 

    CS have refunded the purchase you made, so you will have that back in a few days.

    If you purchase now the subscription will go through correctly now the account is good.

      if you still see the maint page it is likely a browser cache issue , so another web browser will work
