Subscription Not Applied via Steam (live chat?)

I their anyway to escalate or a forward my request to the phone personal department email i can contact other than a phone method?

or live chat as i don't speak i cant talk i have no vocal cords since birth.

I have also reset and linked all appropriate accounts

I understand your situation however there is an issue with the EA account linked
to S W TOR and that can only be resolved via the phone support team, until the
issue with the EA account is fixed we don't have an option to add the game time

end I would have resolve the issue for you.
