i have played this game on and off for about 6 to 7 years at this point. this is the first time i have encountered a problem like this. i have been charged for the subscription but i am set to preffered. please correct your awful mistake please. you even sent an email confirming that i renewed it.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona abce0djpmq3wh (not ScKane1 your posting with now) that EA account uses the same Gmail email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I just have this same problem as many people here.
My money has been taken from the bank account, but game still says i'm not a subscriber, can someone solve my problem out ?
