Subscription not working ingame been 6 hours

Bought it on the main website not steam tried to contact in game but it still says subscribe now can it be manually activated please ? IGN username callmegoughy

I can not subscribe. I get "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance." Please unlock my account, I would like to resub.
