Subscription not working
I subscribed to swtor a couple of hours ago and it shows up online but not in the game, I have restarted the game several times and it is still not showing up in game.

Yes, username is the displayname, Can you double check that you are using Little_Shames in the game login itself and not using the Lord_Shames.
If you have inadvertently purchased on the wrong account, give swtor cs a call they should be able to help you get this sorted, even if that is to request a refund so you can repurchase on the correct account.
I just doubled checked and I am definitely logging in as Little_Shames and the website is saying I’m a subscriber.
Yes but what username is in the launcher ? when you log into the game
The username in the launcher is the same one, “Little_Shames”
Can you remove the login name on the launcher and retype it in manually
CS are only seeing login attempts on Lord_Shames on the game but you have logged into little_shames on the website today.
