Subscription problem - empty recepit

edit - need the swtor username there is no swtor account attached to this EA account

Hey, im in Australia, I keep getting the exact same problem where i cannot subscribe for any of the desired amounts using any method i.e. credit card or pay pal. I have entered different pay pals and credit cards, i have reset my password and everything, i cant submit a ticket because i am no longer subbed. really struggling with this any info would be greatly appreciated

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona danjoyce93dj (not ShadowCommand05 your posting with here) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I just tried to buy 60 sub by Chrome in incognito mode but it didn't help.
