Subscription problem - empty recepit

Hello.

I have problem with buying 60 day subscription (billed once) with paypal.I filled all the information, but on last step i got empty recepit and payment is not happening (no money taken from paypal). I tried twice from firefox and once from edge, same results

I tried using my credit card but i got message "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."

There is no account issue , given what you describe is occurring, support suggest deleting the payment method and then add it again

if it still is an issue call them when the lines are open

After 3 phone calls (2 times 15 minutes, and last 20 minutes) it turned out that there was a problem with my EA account (linked to the swtor account) and it was neccesary to link my swtor account to new ea account. Then they send me link to reset password to new ea account, and after that it finally worked.
