In the purchase section on swtor , you will see the payment listed as open , wait until that changes to closed , if still no subscription can chase further for you
Hello, my subscription didnt renew for some reason today, so i tried buying it from site, encountered an error, but managed to buy 60 days. Unfortunately the payment is still listed as open and i cannot play.

Support have queued that purchase for refund once it closes in the system, so give it a few days to process back
if you purchase again now it will work as intended
