Subscription problem

Hello, today I tried to pay a subscription month 2 times, but each time after entering the card data for payment I received this message "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}" and for each attempt from the card written off at 60 rubles (a total of 120 rubles). I tried to pay from another card, as a result of the same thing and the payment did not go through, there is money on the card. I tried to buy one-time 60 days, the payment also failed and wrote "An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU1010". As a result, after 10-15 minutes, 299 rubles are automatically deducted from the first card for 30 days of subscription and the account acquires the status of "subscriber". I’m glad that at least a subscription has appeared, but how to return the 120 rubles that I was charged when I tried to pay for a subscription, please explain why they were taken from me?
