Subscription questions

Hello, I have been using the play for free mode of the game for a few weeks now and I am getting ready to purchase a subscription but I would like to know what happens if my subscription expires. ...

    Eh no, you keep access to all the DLC content that was available during your subscription.

    Any future DLCs will require a new subscription though, but e.g. you can wait one year, then subscribe for a month to get all the new content and unsubscribe again to keep access.

Nice. thank you very much for the clarification.   I was nervous about loosing characters an content because I knew  I couldn't afford a sub year long but after your explanation, I am quite eager to give it a try, the Cartel coins will come in handy too.
