I had a subscription through steam last month, it did not work so i had to call the support and they fixed the issue. Today is the renewal day, the amount was charged and on steam it has updated the next payment date. However, it did not get recognised in game or in the SWTOR website.

when they fixed it last time they should of mentioned to cancel the steam subscription on steam that failed the first time as it is likely to keep failing
so be sure to cancel the current steam subscription in your steam account , it can be purchased again on steam after the gametime that support adds is finished
