Subscription time purchased on Steam not activating

I tried to purchase subscription time through Steam and it accepted my money and they emailed me a receipt, but the game doesn't reflect that I have subscribed. Any help would be appreciated, becaus...

If still affected email support@swtor.com with your swtor and steam ID and be sure to provide proof of purchase on steam so they can action faster

im trying this and i hope it works, what EA is doing right now not solving the problems & keep selling Cartel Coins & Game Time should not be legal....
