Subscription was not activated through steam.
I have a problem activating my subscription.
I bought it through Steam 06/06/2021.
After purchasing a subscription, the subscription was not activated.

Support cant see any email , has one been sent yet by the email on the swtor account ?
Yes. An email was sent from [edit: email address removed] on 06/07/2021
Do i need to repeat the email?
yes in the first instance , can then check if it arrives , be sure attachments are under 4mb
- Several emails have been sent, but there is no support for an answer. Confirmation received that the emails have been read. The attachment does not exceed 1 mb.
support still say they have no email from the email address on the swtor account , they also said they do not send read receipts
you maybe best to call swtor support when the lines open and request to upload the screenshots to an ea ticket whilst on the phone
- The call will cost me more than the cost of the subscription.
For the trial I bought Cartel Coins came instantly. try emailing from say gmail (different email domain) with the screenshots just be sure to include the swtor username
