Support mailing
I mailed swtor support 9 days ago, are they answering mails at all? I'm a subscriber, though I dont know if this have any help with mailing...

There's no reason why mails wouldn't be answered. Which email are you using or have you submitted an in-game ticket?

I sent a mail to [edit: email address removed], from my own email.
I did submitted some tickets but they closed, that why I'm now trying to mail.

Emails and in-game tickets are supported by the same team so if they've already answered and closed the tickets I'd recommend following any advice/information that was provided.

Ok thanks, just one question:
when I submit a ticket i always get a protocol droid response, is it the same with sending mails?
(that is the reason I sent the mail, to see if i can get a human)
