Support ticket not working

hello

I have been trying to create a support ticket but i am unable due to the create being grayed out when ever i get into the customer service help center. I have tried  fro  both the main menu and in game.

Why is this?

My problem is about the mission the shroud last stand in witch i am unable to complete due to the fact that you 4 people to open a door at the start of the mission. I had been unable to find anyone to do the mission with and i am unable to share the mission.

Is their a way around this?
