SW Knights of the Old Republic crashes after character setup and press play

I have loaded Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic and it initializes and lets me start a game, create a character, give it a name and then when I press play the game crashes and boots me back to Origin. I've attached my dxdiag. Please help. This is for my son. Thanks.

Edit - ahh you mean kotor not swtor as can see crashes in P1: swkotor.exe that is a different game

the intel video card is still enabled , on a desktop with a dedicated video card it should be able to be disabled ok just in case the game is trying to use that card.

also see this link , try disable frame buffer effects
