I have purchased a sub on steam for SWToR and its not activating nor working my account is linked i took screenshots of the info for you i will link them in, please help me resolve this as i wish to play my game as a sub account and not perfered thank you

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open on monday , to fix an account issue on that swtor account

have the screenshots handy when you call and if they still cant see your email , ask to upload to a case whilst your on the phone
