swtor: cant login after years or reset pw

morning, so after years i decided to have a quick look whats new in the game and i dont even get past the login screen. i do know my Screen Name (had it confirmed just incase by having it send ...

@proxos666 nope.
i did some reading on it and the way i understand it,you get to this page by logging in with your screen name + password and leaving the security field blank...and i dont get that far because of said error message

if you dont get to that page you will need to call then , cant see any other way

      there is , but to remove the security key from the account, is by phone only
