SWTOR Can't reset password on website

Question

Hello,Haven't played Star Wars Online in many years so I'm trying to get back to it. I didn't remember my username and password so i clicked on forgot username. I then received an email containing my username. I then clicked the link for forgot password, i enter my username as requested and haven't received my reset password through email. I've been trying for two days. Can anyone help? I've even called to verify my account and they are telling me to keep waiting.

You can also change your password on Origin. Use the same email address you have on your SWTOR account to log in on Origin.com , and click "forgot password", then change it via Origin. It's the same account, so any change you make on Origin will reflect on SWTOR.

Other then checking the spam / junk folder try to add no-reply@bioware.swtor.com to your email safe list to see if it will allow the email to go through.

If you are still not receive the email, I would call again and see if they can reset the password over the phone. &nbsp;Another option is to try to have them change the email in your account to s different email and see if that will allow you to receive the password reset email.

You are incorrect.&nbsp; I am currently having the same issue and the Origin Login password is not the same as the SWToR password.

This is correct back in 2017 for a linked account, however if the accounts are not linked then it wont occur, also new swtor accounts are no longer linked so that will not work.

If you have issues resetting the password call swtor support&nbsp;when the lines are open and they can assist you resetting the password
