SWTOR Can't use security key on new phone

Reinstalled security key app and have no access to my code. I have no option to send a one time password to my email address and I don't want to ring up customer support.

Just something someone said previously are you able to try that link on your phone at all ? 

They had the same thing yet accessed on their phone and it appeared, not sure why as yet

Nope, unfortnately still doesn't work. ☹️
